Nova Scholars was founded by Teresa Song — global education strategist, LSE-trained economist, and former investment banker — to solve a problem she saw across students of all levels: they were working hard, but without direction, resilience, or a true sense of agency.

For over 15 years, Teresa has coached students from all walks of life — from those just beginning their academic journey to those already on track for Russell Group Universities and Oxbridge. Her coaching firm, recognised for its transformational results, has maintained an unparalleled success rate in school and university placements — but more importantly, it has helped students become someone they didn’t think they could be.
